The enforcement process
The enforcement process is the last stage in the procedure for exercising rights. In the narrower sense, enforcement is referred to when the direct realisation of a creditor’s claim is required on the basis of a legally binding and enforceable judgment, decision, or of another executive title. Our experts are aware that without its actual realisation the right has no real value, so we give special importance to this area of law. We advise clients and stand by their side from the beginning of the process to the execration of their rights.
